Wellbeing and FAB courses
Our courses aim to help you improve your wellbeing and fatigue, anxiety and breathlessness (fab) and run for six weeks.
Complementary therapy is at the heart of the programme with sessions on:
- breathing techniques, stress response, relaxation response, resilience, mindfulness
- positive affirmations, body scan muscle relaxation, visualisation
- the ‘M’ technique
- introduction to complementary therapies
- adapted Tai chi.
Other sessions are led by our expert team of registered nurses, advanced nurse practitioners, counsellors, occupational therapists and physiotherapists.
