Hours: 37.5 hours per week, night shifts, with the flexibility to cover other shifts as required, includes weekends and bank holidays
Part of our Community Services Team, Hospice at Home provides a rapid response service. Our aim is to bring care and choice to people – enabling them to be cared for in their own home and providing vital support to their carers and families.
We focus on delivering high quality care and can give the time needed to provide the best experience for our patients and their families.
A minimum of two years’ experience in a care setting and a level 2 NVQ in Care (or equivalent) is essential
Due to the nature of the role you must have access to your own vehicle and an enhanced DBS clearance will be required.
